After separation from the ridges, the grapes are crushed and placed in vats, where the mustard wanders for 2-3 days. During this period, it is pumped several times to get the maximum color from the skin of the fruit. Fermentation stops when the desired sweetness is achieved by adding 77% of brandy wine. Then the port is aged for at least 10 years in French oak barrels.
