The wine has a refined aroma and full, refreshing, harmonious taste. Well suited as an aperitif and goes well with appetizers, seafood, salads, sweet and fruit desserts. The Fratelli trademark (or Casa Fondata nel 1991 Fratelli) belongs to the Asti Consortium. It was developed for the production and sale of wines in Eastern Europe under the supervision of Italian specialists in order to avoid counterfeiting of Italian sparkling wines. In each country, Fratelli wines have their own manufacturing company. Wine materials come both from Italy and are grown directly in the country of origin. In Ukraine, the production of Fratelli wines is carried out by the Niva NVP.
