Braised Soy BBQ Chicken with Vegetables 1 Chicken (1kg) 150g Potato 1 Red Pepper 50g Carrot 50g Onion 500ml Water Marinade Ottogi Korean BBQ Sauce Braised Soy Sauce Chicken 1. Cut the chicken into suitable sizes and soak them in cold water to remove the blood. Then wash them thoroughly and drain. 2. Cut the dried red pepper in half and remove seeds. 3. Dice the potato, carrot into bite-size pieces and slice the onion into wide strips. 4. Put chicken, red pepper, marinade and water into a large pot and bring to simmer. 6. After boiling, reduce the temperature and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. 7. Place the potato and carrot into the pot and bring to simmer for 15 minutes and add onion for 3 minutes. 8.
