Then, fire up your grill or heat up a pan, and watch as the magic unfolds, bringing forth tender, succulent bites of Korean goodness. Beef Bulgogi 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin) 1/2 cup Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce 2 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking) Sesame seeds (for garnish) Cooked rice, for serving Lettuce leaves, for wrapping (optional) Instructions: Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl. Pour Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce over the beef, ensuring that each slice is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef to the skillet, reserving any excess marinade for later use. Cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes per side until it’s cooked through and nicely browned. While the beef is cooking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes to ensure it’s heated thoroughly. Once the beef is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle some of the heated marinade over the cooked beef for added flavor. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve the delicious Bulgogi with steamed rice and lettuce leaves for wrapping, if desired. Leaves a smear free, crystal clear finish. For best results, make sure the vehicle glass you want to apply Aurora to is free of dirt and grime that could scratch the surface. A suitable glass cleaner for car detailing, commercial cleaning, and agricultural use.

Aurora can also be used on commercial, industrial and domestic glass, windows and mirrors.

Directions For Use:

Spray directly onto the vehicle surface you would like to clean.
Wipe with a clean microfibre cloth or paper towel.
Buff with a clean microfibre cloth or paper towel if needed.
Repeat steps 1-3 if necessary.

Molecular Tip: For use on tinted car windows, spray onto microfibre cloth rather than directly onto the surface.
