Special Recipe <Creamy Black Rice Pudding> Ingredients 1 pack OTOKI Cooked Black Rice 2 cups milk divided ⅓ cup sugar pinch salt 1 egg ⅔ cup raisins 1 tablespoon butter ½ teaspoon vanilla cinnamon nutmeg Cooking Instruction 1. In a medium saucepan, cook onion in butter over medium heat until tender. 2. Heat OTOKI Black Rice Pack for 2 minutes using microwave. 3. Add broth, OTOKI Black Rice, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cover. Cook 14 minutes. 4. Quickly add broccoli to the pot and cover. Cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from the heat and rest covered 5 minutes. 6. Fluff with fork and stir in cream and cheeses.
