Korean Vegetable Porridge 85g of OTTOGI Vegetable Rice Porridge 1 cup mixed vegetable – chopped potato, onion, pea and carrot. 2 tbsp OTTOGI Presco Canola Oil 900ml 2 ground garlic Heat the oil in a heavy pan over medium high heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add 1 cup mixed vegetable and saute until brown, about 4 minutes. Put OTTOGI Vegetable Rice Porridge 85g with 850ml of cold water in a pot and mix well. Simmer until it boils and add the cooked mixed vegetable, reduce the temperature. Cook for 4 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
