Non-alcoholic white wine J. Trautwein Riesling is a mineral fresh non-alcoholic white wine. It is nourished by a pleasant freshness combined with citrus aromas and an attractive minerality. A full-bodied pleasure, but without alcohol. In the dealcoholization process, the alcohol is gently removed from the wine by vacuum rectification at approximately 30 °C.
