This organic Cazot Rouge from Boris Kovac and David Serodes is a delicious blend of Grenache (55%), Syrah (35%) and Carignan (10%) fermented in 500 litre French oak casks. The wine is further aged for nearly two years in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak.
