This is the third red from Bodega Vagal. Biodynamically farmed and organically certified. It’s a fantastic wine produced at altitude (940 metres) so plenty of fresh acidity. It spent four months in oak. Very smooth, full flavoured, noticeable oak but not too heavy. A long dry finish. If you like your Spanish Tempranillo with a little oak but not the heavy vanilla style then this is for you! Ideal with roast meats.
