Description DURAPRIDE© Valve hook-up suggestions for better service. Flush lines thoroughly to remove all foreign materials. DURAPRIDE© Valve should not be subjected to excessive pressures at any time. Hold inlet pipe securely while connecting to water supply line. Knurled ring on valve to be hand tightened only. When replacing valve base to pipe fittings – use Teflon tape or pipe seal, hand tighten plus one-half turn with 1″ socket of box end wrench.
