Description TATARA MASAMUNE Matte Black Razor Open Comb The Masamune razor is a smooth and efficient razor. This is due to its small leaf spacing and negative leaf exposure. All TATARA products are 100% produced in Portugal, they are CNC machined in high grade AISI 303 stainless steel, hand finished and sandblasted, to give a beautiful final effect to a high quality product. CNC MACHINED FROM SOLID 100% HIGH QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL To ensure maximum performance and longevity, we machine all parts from solid material and machined to tolerances of up to 0,02mm. CLASSIC 3-PIECE DESIGN The Masamune series focuses in all aspects on simplicity and minimalism. It features the simple and classic 3-piece assembly design that will never get old or compromised. UNIQUE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM Specially designed for the Masume Razor and one of the exclusive specifications. Is responsible for: – High perpendicularity between the handle and the head of the razor that allows better precision during shaving: – Symmetrical distribution of the load in the threads, avoiding excessive wear and increasing resistance. The large contact area that supports the blade between the cap and the base plate is one of the most important features of our razors. Ensures that the blade does not vibrate during shaving. Therefore, it prevents noise from the blades and ensures the smoothest shave possible. EVERY PIECE IS FINISHED BY HAND All Masamune Series parts are hand finished by our team to remove all machining marks and smooth all edges. SAND BLASTING FINISH After the final finishing by hand, we apply a sandblasting treatment. The most important feature of this treatment is to achieve a softer and gentler look. Consequently, we apply the sandblasted finish piece by piece. SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS Your Masamune razor comes in a natural cork box. Wrapped by black tissue paper, and finally, manually sealed with black wax. Cork is the bark of the cork oak. This means that it is 100% natural plant tissue. Plus, cork is the only wood you can get without cutting down the tree.
